Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Wisconsin teaching license with a Cross-Categorical endorsement is required
• Minimum of 2 years prior experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably within elementary grades
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, IEP process, and individualized instruction techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, colleagues, and families
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet a range of learning and behavioral needs

Role Highlights:

• Deliver engaging instruction and intervention to students with diverse learning styles in a collaborative elementary school setting
• Partner with classroom paraprofessionals to enhance student support and inclusion
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
• Communicate effectively with families, service providers, and school teams regarding student progress, goals, and interventions
• Participate in data collection, progress monitoring, and ongoing assessment to inform instructional practices
• Maintain a positive, nurturing environment that fosters growth, independence, and access to learning opportunities

Schedule & Support:

• Standard school day hours from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Both available positions are based in the same elementary school and have classroom para support
