Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact as a School Psychologist supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a contract position based near Mason, MI. This opportunity spans from August 14th through June 4th, 2027, and offers a .9 FTE schedule across four days per week. The position focuses exclusively on conducting evaluations, with an estimated caseload of 40 to 50 evaluations spread between two school sites.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings is preferred
  • Proficiency in administering, scoring, and interpreting psychoeducational assessments
  • Familiarity with special education eligibility criteria and guidelines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students across K-12 grades
  • Preparing thorough reports and recommendations based on assessment results
  • Consulting with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student success
  • Attending eligibility and IEP meetings to present evaluation findings
  • Managing an evaluation-only caseload efficiently across two school locations
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines
