Job Title: Production Associate

Pay Rate: $17.25–$18.25/hr

Join a growing team producing high-quality, custom molded rubber products. As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in a fast-paced environment where precision, teamwork, and reliability drive success.

What You’ll Do

• Operate compression, transfer, and injection molding equipment
• Produce and inspect custom molded rubber parts to meet quality standards
• Maintain a safe and organized production workspace
• Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and support process improvements

What You Bring

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Dependable work ethic and strong attendance

Additional Qualifications

• Basic math skills, including use of a calculator for counts
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn, be cross-trained, and grow within the company

Work Environment

This role is based in a non-climate-controlled production facility.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
