Job Title: Production Associate

Join a growing team producing high-quality, custom molded rubber products. As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in a fast-paced environment where precision, teamwork, and reliability drive success.
What You’ll Do
- Operate compression, transfer, and injection molding equipment
- Produce and inspect custom molded rubber parts to meet quality standards
- Maintain a safe and organized production workspace
- Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets
- Troubleshoot minor production issues and support process improvements
What You Bring
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Dependable work ethic and strong attendance
Additional Qualifications
- Basic math skills, including use of a calculator for counts
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn, be cross-trained, and grow within the company

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
