Job Description
Job Title: Industrial Welder
Job Description We are seeking a skilled Industrial Welder to perform high-quality fabrications on steel and aluminum components. Experience in MIG welding and blueprint reading is highly valued. Candidates with at least 6 months of similar experience or a weld program certification are preferred. Responsibilities
- Weld aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel components using MIG and bench welding techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and other technical documents.
- Set up and assemble various machines or components for welding.
- Grind welds and maintain company equipment and work areas in a clean, orderly manner.
- Collaborate with team members and follow all safety rules and supervisor directions.
Essential Skills
- 6 months of similar experience or a Weld Program Certification from an accredited school.
- Proficiency in MIG welding (aluminum, steel, and stainless steel).
- Experience with blueprint reading and using measuring equipment like tape measures.
- Knowledgeable in mechanical skills and basic computer use.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and push up to 200 lbs.
- Capability to work standing on a concrete floor for the majority of a shift.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of a weld test and authorization to work in the U.S..

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.
