Electrical Assembly Cell Lead

We're hiring a Team Lead to supervise manual cell operations and drive daily performance in safety, quality, and output. If you thrive in a hands-on leadership role where you coach teams, solve problems, and optimize workflows, this opportunity is for you.

What will you do?

• Lead daily manual cell operations to achieve safety, quality, and production goals
• Coordinate staffing, work instructions, and material flow while coaching operators on best practices and ergonomics
• Monitor performance, verify quality inspections, and resolve issues swiftly with appropriate escalation
• Manage shift handovers, ensure training compliance, and champion continuous improvement efforts

• Problem Solving - intermediate level; diagnosing production issues and implementing effective solutions on the floor
• Influencing Skills - intermediate level; guiding operators and cross-functional partners toward shared goals

• Operational Health and Safety Management - developing level; enforcing protocols and fostering a safe work environment
