Unit Overview:

Specialty: Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit

Number of Beds: 12 ICU beds and 6-Stepdown beds,  The ICU beds are monitored by teleICU 24/7 in addition to admitting providers unless they sign off on them overnight

Patient Ratios: ICU, 1:2-3 of course depending on acuity, stepdown is 1:4

Equipment:

EMR: EPIC

Float Requirements: Must float as needed

 

Requirements:

1-2YRS+ Exp Working in Specialty 

1-2YRS+ Exp Working Only in Acute Care Setting 

ACTIVE BLS (AHA)

ACTIVE ACLS (AHA)
