Physician Medical Director - Competitive Salary

Join us as a Lead Physician in Mission Viejo, California, for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This permanent, full-time position offers a salary range of $270,000 to $311,000 depending on experience. As Lead Physician, you'll provide patient care while guiding clinical operations and mentoring other providers.

We’re looking for a board-certified or board-eligible family or internal medicine physician (MD/DO) with a California license (or the ability to obtain) and leadership experience.
