Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Prepare and setup equipment for cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures.
\n
• Assist in diagnostic and interventional catheterizations for adult patients.
\n
• Manage and monitor patients during procedures, including recognizing life-threatening arrhythmias.
\n
• Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and infection control precautions.
\n
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with the dedicated call team.
\n
• Maintain accurate patient records using Cerner charting system.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cardiac cath lab setting.
\n
• Active Illinois license in good standing at time of application.
\n
• Certification requirements: ACLS, BLS, ARRT, RCIS.
\n
• Experience with cardiac implant closure devices and stent placement.
\n
• Proficiency in interpretation of dysrhythmias and scrub procedures.
\n
• Experience in handling middle and older adult patient populations.
\n
