Practice Areas- State & Federal Criminal Defense
- Civil Rights Litigation (Section 1983, Bivens, MHRA Claims)
- Constitutional Law
- Federal and State Appeals
- Manage a focused caseload of criminal defense and civil rights matters
- Develop and execute trial strategies from case inception through resolution
- Draft and argue motions, evidentiary challenges, and appeals
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials
- Collaborate with an experienced litigation team and dedicated support staff
- Utilize advanced legal technology platforms including Clio, Lawmatics, and Lexis/Westlaw
- 3–5 years of litigation experience
- Missouri Bar license in good standing
- Public defender or criminal defense experience strongly preferred
- Experience as lead or co-counsel in felony trials
- Strong courtroom advocacy and motion practice skills
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
- Competitive salary: $85,000–$110,000+ based on experience
