Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Conduct clinical interviews and support auto offer processes.
\n
• Adhere to radius rule and employment history requirements.
\n
• Manage patient assignments with a 1 to 4 ratio for acute care.
\n
• Administer and titrate drips according to set protocols.
\n
• Utilize RT equipment such as NEBS and O2 masks effectively.
\n
• Document care using the EPIC charting system.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license in the state of North Dakota.
\n
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
\n
• Minimum one year of MedSurg experience.
\n
• Capability to read cardiac strips and monitor telemetry.
\n
• Willingness to float to ED holds if necessary.
\n
• Flexibility to work every other weekend and holiday.
\n
