American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical-Surgical position at a critical access hospital in Minnesota, requiring 2 years of experience and rotating day/night shifts.
Details- Medical-Surgical unit within a critical access hospital setting
- Rotating day and night shifts (3x12 hours): days 7:00–19:00 and nights 19:00–7:00
- Every other weekend required
- Floating to like units may be required upon request
- Block scheduling is not available — schedule is determined by the facility's needs
- Active MN RN license required; pending license accepted
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- TNCC certification required, though may be waived based on relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required; critical access experience preferred
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates are accepted
- All requested time off must be submitted at the time of initial consideration and will not be approved after an offer is extended
- Candidate cannot take every holiday off — some holiday coverage is expected
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
