Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Perform patient assessments and triage care needs in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide care for patients with varying diagnoses.
\n
• Administer medications and titrate drips according to protocols.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
\n
• Float to different units as needed and lead charge duties if required.
\n
• Comply with facility standards, including dress code and scheduling policies.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license to practice in North Dakota or compact state license.
\n
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
\n
• At least one year of experience in MedSurg or Emergency Room settings.
\n
• Proficiency in managing and monitoring titratable drips.
\n
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
\n
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
\n
