Details:
• Ambulatory setting that would also be open to covering the inpatient Behavioral Health Unit, if needed.
• Seeking a provider with a strong desire to join a community healthcare organization and someone that is looking to grow with the hospital personally and professionally.
• Malpractice Insurance, occurrence

• 20 PTO days, 6 holidays
• 5 CME days, $4,000 CME stipend
