Job Description
- Employed position in our multi-specialty clinic
- There are two independent ENTs affiliated with us, but both are nearing retirement….they can be mentors if candidate is a new grad
- Comp is in MGMA-median range and above (for an experienced candidate)
- Productivity bonus quarterly based on wRVUs
- $40K+ bonus (negotiable)
- Student loan assistance, if needed
- $5K CME/5 days annually
- Robust benefits
- 25 days’ holiday/vacation annually (not including weekends)
- 10 days’ call monthly, but if they want more, pay for any days above 10
- Very strong referral base
