Weekend & Holiday: Every other weekend (minimum of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule) plus holiday rotation.

- Facility: Missouri Baptist Medical Center (Short Term Acute Care) \n
- Location: 3015 North Ballas Road, St. Louis, MO 63131 \n
- EHR System: EPIC (Past Epic experience preferred) \n
- Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs \n
- Parking: Free parking provided \n

- Primary Assignment: Multiple ICUs including Trauma, Oncology, Cardiac / Heart & Vascular, Neurology, Medicine, and COVID.\n
- \n
- ICU Ratio: 2:1 for all shifts. \n
\n - Secondary Floating: If ICU census is low, RNs will be expected to float to inpatient floors as a staff nurse (Oncology, Neurology, Med/Surg, Medicine, Trauma, Heart & Vascular, and COVID).\n
- \n
- Inpatient Floor Ratio: Maximum of 1:3. \n
\n - Additional Duties: May float to non-critical care units or be utilized as a patient sitter if needed. Strong, independent nurses are strictly required. \n
- \n
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years ICU experience required. No first-time travelers accepted. (See important note below regarding CVICU experience). \n
- Certifications: * BCLS (AHA)\n
- \n
- ACLS (AHA) \n
- NIHSS \n
- Preferred: Chemo, CCRN, ONS, TNCC, CPI \n
\n - Required Skills: Vents, IV starts, Telemetry, and Conscious Sedation. \n
- Preferred Skills: Level 1 Trauma experience, Triage, ICP, and PA lines.\n
- \n
- Preferred Cardiac Skill Set: Swans (hemodynamic interpretation), IABP, Impella, ECMO, Vasoactive drips, and CRRT. \n
