Location: Santa Rosa, California
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (various start times between 7:45 AM - 9:30 AM), 40 guaranteed hours per week. No weekends or call required. Daily patient volume includes approximately 6 infusions plus 1-2 port draws.

- Active California RN license
- Minimum 1 year of oncology/infusion outpatient experience required
- BLS certification required
- Oncology certification (ONCC or ONS) required
- Experience with Alaris Infusion Pumps and CADD Ambulatory Pumps
- Epic charting system experience preferred
- Competency in chemotherapy administration, blood product administration, port care and management, central line care, and managing oncology emergencies
- Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
