ProKatchers is seeking a local contract Pharmacist for a local contract job in Hood River, Oregon.

Shift timings:
Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00)
Job Summary:
At least 1 year of experience with outpatient infusion.
Oversight of the medication use process within an outpatient infusion center.
Order verification of non-hazardous and hazardous outpatient infusion medications, this includes oncology.
IV Infusion compounding product evaluation and verification.
License:
Oregon
Evaluation of oncology and non-oncology treatment plans.\nEvaluation and verification of insurance coverage prior to initiating and treatment plan. Infusion medication patient education.\nInfusion adverse reaction participation and management.
