Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive care during labor and delivery including fetal heart monitoring.
\n
• Assist with high-risk pregnancy monitoring and manage C-section procedures.
\n
• Perform postpartum couplet care if required and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
\n
• Offer newborn care at delivery, playing an essential role in neonatal care.
\n
• Ensure seamless patient care transitions by floating to postpartum or other units as needed.
\n
• Utilize advanced skills in sterile techniques during C-section surgeries and other obstetric emergencies.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current valid CA RN license.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience.
\n
• Certification in AWHONN Advanced or NCC EFM, ACLS, BLS, and NRP.
\n
• Proficiency with Epic charting system and community hospital experience.
\n
• Availability to work alternate weekends and float between units.
\n
• Effective communication skills and ability to handle 200-300 facility births per month.
\n
