Job Overview:
Seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care practice. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. The position is strictly outpatient with no inpatient responsibilities.

Practice Details:
• Outpatient-only practice
• No hospital admissions or inpatient rounding (hospitalist team in place)
• Call schedule: Phone-only, approximately 1 in 8
• Separate call groups
• Established patient base and care team

What You Will Do:
• Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive care, routine check-ups, and screenings
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Coordinate care with specialists as needed
• Build long-term patient relationships

Required Qualifications:
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for or active Wisconsin medical license
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment

• Interest or experience in geriatrics
• Experience managing complex and comorbid conditions
• Patient-focused approach with strong communication skills

• Competitive base salary (flexible based on experience)
