Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist / Technician (MLT/MT) to join a reputable healthcare facility. The candidate will perform a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures under the supervision of the Laboratory Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing across multiple departments: Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Serology, Blood Bank, and Coagulation
• Conduct manual differentials and morphological examinations
• Handle calibration, quality control, and maintenance of lab equipment
• Analyze test results and ensure accuracy; take corrective actions when needed
• Report critical results promptly to physicians or nursing staff
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with lab protocols
• Assist in training staff and implementing new laboratory technologies
• Support inventory management and supply tracking
• Participate in proficiency testing and continuous quality improvement

  • MLT: Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
  • MT: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related field
• Certification:
  • ASCP certification (or equivalent) required or must be obtained within 1 year
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year preferred (new grads may be considered)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
