You guide material choices, model the layout in CAD, program the CNC, and then bring the concept to life with careful joinery, crisp edges, and a flawless finish. That’s a typical win here.

What you’ll do

• Design and fabricate custom cabinets that reflect each client’s specifications.
• Use woodworking machinery and hand tools to achieve precision.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and fine-tune components for top-tier quality.
• Consult with clients to align on details and offer expert recommendations.
• Manage deadlines and uphold stringent quality standards.
• Keep the shop orderly and safe, following all safety procedures.
• Repair or modify existing cabinetry as needed.
• Explore new processes and techniques to continuously refine your craft.

What you bring

• At least 2 years of recent experience in custom cabinetry or related woodworking.
• Deep familiarity with woodworking methods, tools, and materials.
• Comfort reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
• Independent problem solver who also collaborates well.
• Clear communicator with clients and teammates alike.
• Physical readiness to move materials and operate equipment safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent; extra training in carpentry/woodworking is a plus.
