What challenge will you take on?
  • Make 50+ outbound calls every day to open new conversations
  • Strategically prospect, qualify, and close new client accounts
  • Own the Nashville territory (1–1.5 hour radius) with disciplined coverage
  • Run in-person meetings with decision-makers and buying teams
  • Expand existing relationships and break into new departments
  • Manage your pipeline, forecasting, and activity metrics end-to-end
  • Team up with recruiting to deliver on client needs without delay
What’s in it for you?
  • Base salary: $65,000
  • Uncapped commission (earn from day one)
  • Weekly pay combining base + commission
  • On-target earnings typically $85,000 – $150,000+

Do you bring the right toolkit?
  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Proven ability to prospect and close net-new business
  • Experience managing a $1M+ business portfolio
  • Command of the full sales cycle and territory management
  • Background in staffing, industrial, construction, or manufacturing is a plus
  • Comfort in a high-activity, KPI-driven environment
  • Impeccable follow-up, organization, and communication
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
