WSA is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to identify and develop new and existing business opportunities, by possessing the ability to engage in sales dialogue virtually through a high volume of continuous outbound calls

The Inside Sales Representative will proactively seek out targeted accounts to demonstrate WSA’s expansive product portfolio as well as our diverse value propositions, services, and solutions. Our focus, through our proactive outbound call volume, is to delight our customers by offering a first-class customer experience, utilizing a solution-oriented sales approach that helps us cultivate strong relationships, loyalty and revenue generating opportunities.

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research prospective accounts and make outbound cold/warm calls to build a robust sales pipeline

Needs Assessment: Converse with potential clients to identify their pain points and position company products or services as the ideal solution.

Deal Negotiation: Overcome objections, negotiate contract terms, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas

CRM Management: Document all customer interactions, track pipeline stages, and forecast sales accurately using software

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education: Typically a bachelor's or associate degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field

  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce), communication tools, and general data entry

  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to build rapport and convey value over the phone. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, resilient in the face of objections, and organized
