We are seeking skilled, detail-oriented professionals to join our autobody team in two key roles supporting high-quality vehicle repair and refinishing work. These positions play an important part in restoring vehicles to a safe, polished, and professional finish while delivering excellent results for our customers.

Position Overview

As a member of our autobody shop, you will contribute to either paint refinishing or metal repair, depending on your experience and strengths. Both roles require strong craftsmanship, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment.

What You Will DoPaint Technician
  • Prepare vehicles and surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and blending.
  • Mix and apply paint to match original color, texture, and finish specifications.
  • Inspect work for quality, consistency, and proper coverage.
  • Maintain paint booth cleanliness, equipment, and spray guns.
  • Work closely with estimators and repair technicians to ensure smooth repair flow.
  • Follow safety procedures and proper handling guidelines for chemicals and materials.
Metal Technician
  • Perform structural and non-structural body repairs on damaged vehicles.
  • Remove, repair, and replace panels, frames, and related components as needed.
  • Use shop tools and equipment to straighten, align, and restore vehicle body parts.
  • Inspect damaged areas to determine repair needs and complete work to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with paint and body teams to ensure complete and accurate repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety requirements.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in autobody repair, refinishing, or metal work preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to use industry tools, equipment, and repair techniques effectively.
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair processes, materials, and safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Physical ability to perform hands-on shop work in a vehicle repair environment.
