Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the firm's hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and a passion for creating a seamless candidate experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles.
- Attract and engage top talent to meet organizational hiring needs.
- Sourcing candidates via resume databases, job boards, and other talent channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with role and culture.
- Partner with team members to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Point of contact for the ATS in the HRIS system.

- Ability to communicate professionally and to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
- Excellent client service skills, ability to work on multiple matters simultaneously in an organized manner and under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and ability to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive confidential information in a responsible and appropriate manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a law firm or professional service firm.
- Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Salary Range:
The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $25/hr. - $35/hr. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
