Travel Physical Therapist- Outpatient (Varied / Rotating)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist- Outpatient for a 13-week travel assignment in Morristown, VT.
Contract Details
- Varied / Rotating

- Contract: 13 weeks
- Location: Morristown, VT 05661
- Hourly Pay: $ 27.00
- Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00
- Weekly Total Pay: $1975.00
- Holiday Coverage Required: Yes
- EMR Used: CPSI/Evident
This role provides direct patient care in the evaluation and treatment of: Outpatients, this may work at any site supported by Copley therapy services including but not limited to Copley, any satellite outpatient including in Hardwick, VT. This role may also provide direct patient care in the evaluation and treatment of: inpatients, which includes patient in the ER, in acute care, and also those going home from PACU. Potentially participates in the weekend holiday inpatient rotation. Pelvic Floor experience would be a huge plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' conditions to develop an individualized treatment plan.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote healing.
- Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support and encouragement.
- Educate patients and their families about the goals and benefits of physical therapy, as well as the importance of at-home exercises and self-care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.
- Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and timely for record-keeping and insurance purposes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies by participating in continuing education opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year of Physical Therapist experience preferred
- Must have BLS/BCLS Certification
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability

- Drug screen and background check (facility required)
