Are you a passionate, highly organized Dental Ceramist who takes pride in creating world-class smile makeovers?Our growing digital laboratory team is looking for a skilled, team-first artisan who excels in anterior esthetics, complex restorative cases, and high-end cosmetic dentistry. If you are a proactive technician who loves to lead by example, collaborate across workflows, and elevate patient outcomes, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

• Anterior Esthetics: Fabricate high-end anterior restorations, smile makeovers, and large bridge cases.
• Finishing & Layering: Masterfully complete custom shading, staining, glazing, and characterization on E.max, Zirconia, and implant restorations.
• Advanced Cases: Support full-arch implant restorations, including All-on-X and full-mouth rehabilitations.
• Digital Integration: Design, mill, wax, and contour restorations utilizing modern digital workflows.
• Team Leadership: Proactively manage case schedules, troubleshoot complex cases, and support laboratory workflows across departments.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Dental Ceramist or High Esthetic Ceramist.
• Strong background in anterior esthetic restorations, custom shading, and natural morphology.
• Hands-on experience with E.max, Zirconia, large bridgework, and All-on-X cases.
• Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to anticipate future production needs.
• Preferred: Experience with 3Shape and/or Exocad, advanced ceramic layering, and direct clinician collaboration.
