Job Description

Join one of the fastest-growing companies in America

Tired of being just a transaction processor? At Surefire Title, you'll be the closer that agents fight to work with and the next leader we build our Lexington market around.

We're a veteran-owned, nationally recognized title company on a serious growth trajectory, and we're looking for an experienced Escrow Officer who's just as good at building relationships as they are at managing files. If you're someone who treats every closing like it's your reputation on the line, and every agent relationship like it's worth investing in, keep reading.

What you'll own:

  • End-to-end management of residential and commercial closings, from contract to keys-in-hand
  • A reputation for accuracy and compliance that makes agents and lenders trust you with their toughest deals
  • Real influence in growing Surefire's footprint in Lexington, your relationships directly fuel the company's expansion
  • A seat at the table with a leadership team that's actively building (not just maintaining) a high-performance title team

Why agents and lenders will want to work with you:

You're proactive, not reactive. You communicate before people have to ask. You solve problems before they become escalations.

Why you'll want to work here:

  • Inc. 500 company for three consecutive years, this isn't a stagnant shop; it's one in motion
  • Veteran-owned culture built on ownership, initiative, and accountability
  • Unlimited growth potential, Surefire rewards people who take the wheel, not just punch the clock
  • A company actively investing in its Lexington presence right now, meaning your impact is visible and valued from day one

You're a fit if you:

  • Have proven experience as an Escrow Officer (residential and commercial)
  • Know how to balance precision/compliance with genuine relationship-building
  • Want to grow with a company, not just work for one

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
  • Paid Time Off

Client & Partner Experience

  • Deliver a high-level customer experience throughout the transaction process
  • Serve as a trusted resource for real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers
  • Communicate proactively to ensure all parties remain informed and supported
  • Build long-term relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and expertise
