LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) HOME HEALTH

Billet Health is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Health team serving geriatric patients throughout Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Bernalillo, New Mexico, during a 9-week episode of care.

As part of our clinical team, you will work closely with RN Case Managers and the Director of Nursing to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role provides in-home skilled nursing care with flexible scheduling and visit-based assignments. Our staffing team coordinates patient visits based on clinical needs, and LPNs have the flexibility to build their own caseload.

Typical visits range from 4560 minutes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
Support RN Case Managers in implementing care plans
Monitor patient condition and report changes
Assist with patient education and ongoing care coordination
Document care accurately and timely
Maintain patient safety and quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Active LPN/LVN license in the state of New Mexico
Valid drivers license
Valid auto insurance
CPR or BLS certification
Current TB test (skin test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years)
Home Health experience (required)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Care is provided in patients homes or residential facilities. Compensation includes travel within a 20-mile radius, with additional pay opportunities for extended travel.

New graduates and experienced nurses are welcome. Training is provided for Home Health onboarding.

COMPENSATION

$45.00/hour starting pay (based on experience)
Per diem or full-time caseload
