Franchise Development Assistant Manager

About the Role

Franchise Development Assistant Manager responsible for discovering future franchisees for Our Client's Bakery Brand. Location: Fort Lee, NJ. Full Time Employee in the Franchise Development department.

Responsibilities

· Promoting business development opportunities

· Contacting potential clients through Cold Calls and emails

· Presenting our brand to potential clients

· Finding and developing new markets and improving brand awareness

· Building long-term trusting relationships with clients

· Reporting to the Franchise Development Team leader on (Weekly/Monthly) development processes and results

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

· Experience in F&B sales, marketing or related field.

· Minimum 2 - 3 years' relevant work experience in Franchise Development, Operations or similar field

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

· Strong organization and project management skills.

· Friendly and personable demeanor.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Compensation

$80,000.00 To $90,000.00
