What You’ll Do

  • Own and resolve operational issues, escalations, and account discrepancies
  • Reconcile servicing transactions with a high degree of accuracy
  • Identify root causes and implement long-term fixes
  • Improve processes, documentation, and workflows to reduce errors
  • Partner across Operations, IT, and Client teams to execute improvements

What You Bring – Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, reconciliations, or issue resolution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy


What You Bring – Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or loan servicing
  • Experience with payment processing, reconciliations, or account-level research
  • Familiarity with CRM, SQL or workflow tools (Salesforce a plus)


Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)

  • Escalations are resolved end-to-end with minimal handoffs
  • Errors decrease due to root-cause improvements you implement
  • Processes are more efficient, documented, and scalable
  • You’re a trusted go-to resource for solving operational challenges
