Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights (Variable)
Hours: 12-Hour Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week (Thursday–Saturday)
Pay Rate: $40 – $43/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,440 – $1,548/week
Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking a dependable and experienced LPN to provide compassionate nursing care for residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment. The LPN will administer medications, monitor resident conditions, document care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
RequirementsActive Colorado LPN License
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and/or Long-Term Care experience required
Strong medication administration and patient assessment skills
Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
Willingness to pick up overtime shifts as needed
Must be willing to work weekends when required
Active Colorado LPN License
Diploma or Associate Degree in Practical Nursing from an accredited program
BLS Certification (preferred or facility required)
Long-Term Care (LTC)
