Physical Therapist
We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic in Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates looking to develop their skills in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment that prioritizes individualized patient care and clinical excellence.
Our clinic is led by a practicing Physical Therapist owner who remains actively involved in patient care and team development. You'll work alongside a dedicated team of two Physical Therapists and four Physical Therapist Assistants while enjoying one-on-one treatment sessions, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation up to $48 per hour based on experience
- New graduates typically start around $43 per hour
- Six (6) paid holidays annually
- Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual based on tenure, beginning with two weeks (10 days) annually during the first two years and increasing with service
- 401(k) retirement plan with a 3% employer match after 90 days of employment. Potential additional employer contribution of up to 0.5%, with total employer contributions reaching up to 5%
- Monthly health insurance stipend of up to $200
- Up to $3,000 annually for external continuing education courses

Position Details
- Full-time position (38+ hours/week considered full-time)
- Four 10-hour shifts per week (40-hour schedule)
- 100% outpatient setting
- One-on-one patient care model
- 40-minute treatment sessions for evaluations and follow-up visits
- Private office provided
- EMR: Prompt
- Open to new graduates
- Onsite mentorship and training available
Patient Population & Clinical Focus
- Orthopedic rehabilitation
- Neurological rehabilitation
- Balance and vestibular therapy
- Patients ranging from teens through geriatrics
Preferred Experience
- Manual therapy experience highly preferred
- Craniosacral therapy experience is a significant plus
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care
