Electromechanical Maintenance Technician — Jerome, Idaho

Core responsibilities

• Power transmission: install and repair gears, pulleys, sprockets, belts, bearings, drive shafts, and couplings.
• Pneumatics: service air lines and cylinders, valves, solenoids, pipe, manifolds, and pneumatic circuits.
• Electrical (single and three phase): work on motors, switches, wiring, conduit, motor starters, fuses, light bulbs, encoders, and circuit breakers.
• Hydraulics: troubleshoot cylinders, pumps, valves, solenoids, motors, hose, pipe, and manifolds.
• Operate maintenance tools and equipment safely.
• Use multimeters fluently to verify presence of voltage.
• Interpret and troubleshoot wiring schematics; diagnose automation equipment issues.

What we’re looking for

• Preferred: Minimum of 2 years experience in a Maintenance position.
• Required: Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs, and procedures.
• Electrical training/experience with 480V three‑phase systems and machine controls.
• VFD drive and PLC experience preferred.
• Forklift experience helpful.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, learning, and ongoing development.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete training courses as determined by management.
