Shipping & Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team in Carlsbad, CA. • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by packing and labeling products according to specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments using our tracking systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to resolve any shipping discrepancies.
• Ensure the shipping area is organized and clean, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve shipping and receiving processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics is a plus.
• Proven experience in shipping and receiving or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
