The Opportunity
This role can function as a development opportunity or as a streamlined, part-time executive support role for someone who already brings experience and wants flexibility.
You do not need prior executive support experience. You do need strong habits, follow-through, and a desire to learn.
Willing to train the right person to learn executive support. This role is open to emerging professionals or experienced candidates seeking flexible, part-time work with meaningful responsibility.
Compensation: $15$22 per hour, based on scope, demonstrated capability, and level of independence. Candidates who bring prior experience and can operate with less oversight may be considered at the upper end of the range.
We will train the right person to support the CEO and leadership team. Your work will help create order, track details, and keep projects moving. Career path may include growth within our organization or eventual placement with one of our clients.
Flexible Schedule: We are open to structuring this role within a consistent mid-day schedule (for example, approximately 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.), provided business needs are met. The specific schedule will be agreed upon in advance. Reliable availability during those established hours is required. This schedule may appeal to candidates seeking work during traditional daytime hours.
You will learn to:
Manage calendars and coordinate meetingsTrack tasks, deadlines, and follow-upsPrepare notes, documents, and simple reportsMaintain organized digital files and shared systemsSupport Operations, Marketing, and Finance with coordination tasksCommunicate professionally with internal and external contactsUse AI tools to improve speed and qualityOther duties may be assigned as business needs evolve.

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organization and time habits
High reliability and personal ownership
Basic keyboarding and digital skills
Working knowledge of Google Docs and Sheets
Willingness to learn new systems, including AI tools
Ability to give and receive feedback
Ability to stay focused when plans change
Helpful but not required:
Prior administrative, service, or coordination experience
Experience balancing work, school, or family logistics

This role is primarily based in a home office environment in Columbus, Ohio. A dog and a cat are present in the workspace.
