Your mission

• Own complete setups and operation on CNC vertical/horizontal mills and CNC lathes, including multi‑axis work.
• Translate drawings and CAD-based documentation into accurate parts using GD&T best practices.
• Keep machines in fighting shape with routine maintenance and quick troubleshooting.
• Hold tolerance by adjusting offsets, tooling, and process parameters as conditions change.
• Verify quality with advanced inspection and gauge measurement techniques.
• Partner with engineers and peers to streamline processes and elevate quality.
• Champion safety and 5S to maintain an orderly, efficient workstation.

Must-haves

• 3–4 years of hands‑on CNC machining in a production or job shop environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/machining education preferred.
• Confidence with G‑Code, offsets, and minor edits at the control.
• Ability to read prints and apply GD&T to real‑world inspection.
• Proven skill in setup, changeovers, and production runs.
• Analytical problem‑solver with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

• CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC): Mazak, Okuma, Brother, Haas
• CNC Lathe (2–4 axis): Mazak
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC): Mazak, Fanuc
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis): Mazak

Where and when

• Location: Addison, IL
• Employment: Direct Hire
• Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (overtime available)
• Pay: $25–$36 per hour + 10% shift differential
