Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Deliver evidence-based care including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and long-term health
- Collaborate closely with fellow therapists and support staff
- Maintain timely and defensible documentation
- Contribute to an exceptional patient experience and positive clinic culture
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or eligible for licensure)
- Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and lifelong learning
- Pelvic floor or pelvic health experience/training preferred but not required
- Interest in mentorship, leadership development, or specialty programming is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $82,000, with earning potential up to $115,000+ based on productivity and experience
