Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
  • Deliver evidence-based care including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
  • Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and long-term health
  • Collaborate closely with fellow therapists and support staff
  • Maintain timely and defensible documentation
  • Contribute to an exceptional patient experience and positive clinic culture


Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or eligible for licensure)
  • Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for patient-centered care and lifelong learning
  • Pelvic floor or pelvic health experience/training preferred but not required
  • Interest in mentorship, leadership development, or specialty programming is a plus


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary starting at $82,000, with earning potential up to $115,000+ based on productivity and experience
