Our High-Volume Service Department is seeking Service Advisors, with excellent customer service skills, to guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied, and more. CDK experience is a plus! We welcome applicants with excellent customer service skills including bartenders and wait staff.

Responsibilities - Automotive Service Advisor:

• Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service costs and options, offer 'specials', schedule service appointments, and more.
• Greet customers, answer questions and offer additional services
• Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, review work order with customer, and ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain high CSI score
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications - Automotive Service Advisor:

• Auto Service Advisor/Technician and CDK experience is preferred 
• Excellence customer service, computer and communication skills
• Basic automotive mechanical operational knowledge is helpful
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
