Ferrari Pasadena is set to open this summer in a stunning new showroom, bringing the legacy of the Prancing Horse to the Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley Ferrari community. We are seeking a polished, articulate, and impeccably organized Receptionist/Sales Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for our clientele. This is a rare opportunity to represent one of the world's most iconic marques, in a role that blends front-of-house presence with meaningful administrative responsibility.

Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist clients with the highest standard of professionalism and discretion.
- Manage incoming calls with poise, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars for the sales team.
- Prepare and process contract signings and related documentation.
- Coordinate the submission of DMV paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process sales transactions and provide accurate, timely administrative support.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry in MODIS and other dealership systems.
- Maintain a reception area that reflects the elegance and standards of the Ferrari brand.
- Support the preparation of sales reports and other administrative duties as needed.
What We're Looking for:
- Proven experience in a receptionist, sales or administrative capacity
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a refined, client-first demeanor
- A warm, welcoming presence paired with sharp attention to detail and sound judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong multitasking abilities and sound judgment in prioritizing competing demands
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skill
- High school diploma or equivalent
