Responsibilities - Sales Associate:
- Help customers select and purchase vehicles. Bring your 'A game' and a positive attitude to work every day.
- Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs
- Explain features and demonstrate operational performance on test drives
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Present pricing and complete paperwork
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect for new customers
Qualifications - Sales Associate:
- Energetic, friendly, and motivated to succeed, with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Automotive sales experience preferred but not required. Sales experience in any industry is a plus
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
- A valid driver's license and insurance

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
Full-Time Benefits:
- $70,000 - $250,000 yearly performance-driven potential income comprised as follows:
- Wages include $17.34 per hour base compensation
- Vehicle commission plus finance product sales commission combined averaged out to 750 - 850 per deal with the volume to back it up
