West Herr Auto Group in Orchard Park is looking for a full-time legal administrative assistant to support our inâ€'house legal and compliance functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent document management abilities, and a desire to work in a fastâ€'paced, reputable automotive organization. The legal administrative will report to the general counsel.

The Essential Duties and Responsibilities will Include:
- Assist with managing and tracking loaner vehicles.
- Assist with managing legal contract review online portal.
- Assist with managing lender agreements.
- Maintain organized filing systems for legal correspondence and documents, including proper indexing and retrieval of original records.
- Maintain and track Certificates of Insurance for all vendors to ensure compliance.
- Support the legal department with additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a legal, compliance, or administrative support role required
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fastâ€'paced environment
