Requirements for the Scientific Manufacturing Operator

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, batching, packaging, or assembly
• Ability to read instructions and complete documentation in English
• Basic math skills for measurements and counts
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled environment
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

Scientific Manufacturing Operator Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment used to produce laboratory media
• Measure, mix, heat, and transfer materials using batch records and formulas
• Follow SOPs with precision and attention to detail
• Perform quality checks to ensure product specifications are met
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Assist with labeling, packaging, and palletizing as needed
• Follow all PPE, safety, and cleanroom guidelines

Preferred Experience

• Experience with kettles, mixing tanks, or batching equipment
• Background in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, or scientific manufacturing
• Familiarity with liquid batching, weighing, or thermal processing

Physical Requirements

• Stand and move throughout the shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Perform repetitive movements (lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting)
• Wear required PPE including hair nets, gloves, and safety glasses
