Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a longterm nanny for our four kids (5 months, 3, 9, & 12 years). We would prefer someone who loves babies and could focus mostly on our youngest, but could help out with managing the older kid's chores (not doing them, just reminding them and doublechecking that they are done). Occasionally, we also would love for someone to step in to get the older two to their activities if mom has to work late or if there is a conflict. Dad works mostly from home and manages the 3-year-old but is a little overwhelmed with two babies, and mom works outside the home and does all the driving to and from various activities.
