Pet Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I am having surgery & may not be able to care for the dog. Requires feeding & medication in the morning. Dog uses litter pan. Requires picking up poops from pan and occasionally changing out litter. Only needs to come once in the morning & once at night.
