Outdoor Equipment Associate

Our client, a leader in outdoor equipment manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Outdoor Equipment Associate to join their team. As an Outdoor Equipment Associate, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and finishing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Outdoor Equipment Associate

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

• Painting and assembling metal plates for outdoor equipment products
• Operating forklifts safely to move materials and finished products
• Ensuring quality standards are met during assembly processes
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Following safety protocols and company policies at all times

What's Needed?

• Previous experience with forklift operation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Credential requirements: 100035, 100044
