Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking a HR Generalist - Contract Role to join their team. As a HR Generalist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the Franklin plant. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $33.50
Shift: 1st
What's the Job?
- Support day-to-day human resources operations at the manufacturing plant
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies
- Assist managers with performance reviews and employee development initiatives
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
