Shipping and Receiving Clerk - Now Hiring

Our client, a logistics and distribution provider, is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Clerk to join their team. As a Warehouse Shipping Clerk, you will be part of the Shipping/Distribution Department supporting the Operations and Warehouse teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Clerk
Location: Connell, WA
Pay Range: $19.25/hr

What’s the Job?

• Ensure all shipping documents and functions are completed accurately and on time
• Coordinate outbound freight schedules and maintain communication with customers
• Verify orders, complete shipping paperwork, and update inventory records
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and track down missing shipments
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and support warehouse operations as needed

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of office experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and warehouse systems (AS/400 preferred)
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and use a 10-key calculator
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills with customers and team members
