If in culinary school, MUST be available to work during school breaks or have flexibility, and be available to work during the summer. We are looking for a one-year commitment + from any candidate. Performance Schedule: 90-day informal check-in, 9-12 month formal review Benefits: 401K after 90 days Paid Sick Time after 90 days Wellness Program Discounted Dining Professional Development Continued Education Paid Shift Breaks Paid Time Off Health/Dental/Vision Insurance after 90 Days $18-$20/hr. Dependent on experience (seeking intermediate culinary line experience to start!) *Compensation is determined by experience and performance.
