Position Responsibilities · Teach Medical Assistant courses in a classroom and/or laboratory setting · Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments · Mentor and support students throughout their training · Maintain accurate attendance and academic records · Ensure compliance with school policies and BPSS requirements · Help students develop the skills needed for successful healthcare careers Qualifications · Current BPSS Medical Assistant Instructor License required · Medical Assistant certification and relevant clinical experience · Prior teaching or training experience preferred · Strong communication and organizational skills · Passion for student success and professional development
